Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time
    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3 business days.

  2. Delivery Time
    Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
    You will receive a sms once ordered 

  3. Shipping Charges
    Shipping rates are standard for the whole region.

  4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
    We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure accurate address and contact details for smooth delivery.

  5. Failed Deliveries
    If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. We’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery or refund (excluding shipping costs).


Return Policy

  1. Return Window
    You can return your order within 4 days of delivery.

  2. Condition for Returns

    • The product must be minimally used — only tried or tested once.

    • It must be in its original packaging with all labels, seals, and accessories intact.

    • Items showing excessive use, damage, or missing parts will not be eligible for return.

  3. How to Request a Return

    Provide your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos if applicable.

  4. Return Shipping

    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  5. Inspection & Approval
    Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item.
    If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

  6. Refund Method

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

    • For COD orders, refunds can be made via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred.

  7. Non-Returnable Items
    For hygiene reasons, used skincare items cannot be returned once opened unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
